
Terry Ray Allison, age 68, died on March 2nd, 2021 at KU Medical Center. He was born January 31, 1953 in Independence, Missouri. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 6th, 2021. The visitation will be from 11AM-12PM, and the celebration at 12PM. This will take place at the Chipman Road Church of Christ at 210 NW Chipman Road, Lee’s Summit MO, 64063. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Little Blue Bible Camp. Donations may be sent to 1608 SW 22nd ST, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
Terry was a member of Freedom of Road Riders in the 1980s, serving in many leadership roles. While serving as chairman of District 4, Terry organized two Toys for Kids rides and was awarded both the 1988 Lt. Governor Missouri Volunteer Award and the 1988 Heart of America United Way Outstanding Achievement for Significant Service to the Community through Volunteer Participation Award.
Terry worked for Byer Crop Sciences for 40 years as a Plant Supervisor and was also a member of the Bayer Fire Brigade.
In his free time, Terry loved riding motorcycles and practicing martial arts with his entire family, having earned his second degree Black Belt in 2019.
Terry is survived by his wife Tammy and his children: Tina and her husband JJ, Katie and her husband Conrad, Michael and his wife Kara, and Stephanie and her husband Scott. He is also survived by six grandchildren: Andrew, Addyson, Wyatt, Loren, Aubrey, and Trevor, father and mother in law Chuck and Mary King, brother in law John and his wife Kelly, as well as aunts and uncles, cousins, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Charlie and Arth; and his two brothers, Chuck and Paul.
