Infant baby, Vera Lee Parker, passed away Monday, May 9th 2011 at Children’s Mercy Hospital-Kansas City, Missouri. Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Royer Funeral Home, Oak Grove, Missouri. Burial in Sni Mills Cemetery, Oak Grove, MO. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. preceding the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the family to help defray the cost of final expenses.
Vera Lee Parker was born April 21, 2011 in Kansas City, MO to Jonathan and Susan (Bate) Parker, II. A fighter till the end, she was precious gift and blessing from above that will be greatly missed by all.
Her survivors include her parents: Jonathan and Susan (Bate) Parker, II of Kansas City, MO; one sister: Shadow Gibbs of Sugar Creek, MO; grandparents: Kenneth and Mary Bate of Kansas City, MO, Jonathan Parker, Sr. of Independence, MO and Tina and John Harris of Independence, MO; and great-grandparents: Ignacio and Shirley Martinez of Kansas City, MO and Susan and Mike Crowder of Roscoe, MO.
