Vigil L. Todd, 85, of Warrensburg, Missouri, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2017 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg. Memorial services will be held at 6:00 p.m. Sunday, May 14th at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 369 NW Highway 50, Centerview, MO.
