
Warren “Butch” Hale, III, 69 of Sugar Creek, MO passed away at his home November 27, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.
Visitation will be 11:00a.m.-12:00p.m. Friday, December 3, 2021 at Royer’s New Salem Funeral Home; Independence, MO. Memorial service to follow at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Butch was born January 10, 1952 in Corpus Cristi, TX to Warren & Hattie S. (Smith) Hale. He married Susan M. Collins on February 26, 1976. Butch was an avid bowler and enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, KC Chief, KC Royals and taking cruises.
Butch was preceded in death by his parents: Warren & Hattie Hale; 1 sister: Debby Barrier; 1 grandson: Kent Sorenson, Jr; father-in-law: Eddie Collins.
Butch is survived by his wife Susan Hale; 3 children: Shawntel Sorenson, Jason Hale, Steven Hale; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 1 niece: Christy Epperson; 1 nephew: Eddie Barrier; great-nephews: Eddie Barrier, Cameron Epperson; uncles & aunts: Russell Hale (Kay), Doris Henderson (Cliff); mother & father-in-law: Pat & Mike Stefancik and lots of brothers and sisters in laws.
