William Wesley Hollaman II, 86, of Independence, Missouri, passed away September 7, 2014, at Independence Manor Care Center.
Born November 2, 1927 in Wheaton, MO to William Wesley Hollaman Sr. and Mildred Alma Louise Lockhart. He lived most of his life in Independence and moved to Warsaw, MO where he lived for 20 years before moving back to Independence three years ago.
He was an Army Veteran of WWII and was a member of the Ararat Shrine and Carpenters Union Local #215.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his 2 wives, Maxine L. Sotherland and Bonnie M, Draoer, his son, Richard Lee Hollaman, one brother and three sisters.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, William Wesley Hollaman III and wife Lisa of Indep, MO and a daughter, Mary Kay Hart of Naples, Florida, a brother, James F. Hollaman of Indep, MO, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
