
Dolores Louise Montague, 92, of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2026, at Centerpoint Hospital. A memorial service and burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on June 13, 2026, at Grain Valley Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to attend and celebrate Dolores’s life.
Dolores was born on November 12, 1933, in Richmond, Kansas, to Harry and Louise Stevenson. She lived a long and meaningful life centered on faith, family, and service to others. For more than 51 years, Dolores worked as a beautician, including 20 years as a self-employed business owner. She truly enjoyed helping others look and feel their best and took great pride in her work. Her warm personality and dedication to her profession touched the lives of many clients and friends throughout the years. Dolores dearly loved her family and her Lord. Her faith remained an important part of her life and guided her through both joyful and difficult times.
She was preceded in death by her husband; her daughter and son; and her siblings.
She is survived by her son, David A. Dosier; several nieces and nephews; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren, all of whom will cherish her memory and the love she shared with them.
Dolores will be remembered for her kindness, devotion to her family, strong faith, and the many lives she touched throughout her long and well-lived life. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
