Emil F. Zack II


Emil Frank Zack II, 71, of Blue Springs, Missouri, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2016 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Missouri.  No services will be held at this time.

Emil was born February 28, 1945, in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Emil Frank and Bertha Naoma (Pruit) Zack.  He was a Navy veteran, serving during the Vietnam era.  Emil had worked at the Chrysler Part Warehouse, and was a pump station foreman for the City of Kansas City, KS, working in the Fairfax Drainage District.  He was involved in Boy Scouts when his boys were younger, and was also a coach for their Little League teams.  Emil enjoyed bowling, fishing, and woodworking.

His survivors include his wife, Anna Zack of the home; three sons: Emil Zack III (Shelley) of Olathe, KS, Shawn Zack of Blue Springs, and Vince Sciara of Kansas City, MO; ten grandchildren; and two sisters: Karen Gurr of Dayton, OH, and Mary McComas.
