Jewell Jean Robinson, 88, of Independence, Missouri passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022. Visitation will be 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. Thursday, August 18, 2022 with funeral services at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 19th at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, Missouri. Jewell was born November 17, 1933 in Kansas City, Missouri. The daughter of Richard and Jewell (Featherwood) Johnston Sr. She was a loving caregiver of the family and loved to spoil her children and great-grandchildren. Jewell was very proud of her nursing career. She worked for many doctors throughout the area. Jewell was a great cook and made amazing pies.
She is preceded in death by 2 husbands; 2 sons; and a grandson.
Jewell is survived by her 8 children: Theda “TC” Jean Steenstry (John) of Independence, MO, Lawrence Arthur Clark (Lin) of Bolton, MS, Vicky Diane Adkins (Robert) of Independence, MO, Ronald Steven Clark (Michelle) of Independence, MO, Karm Aletta Driskell (Rick) of Independence, MO, Randy Lee Clark (Ladonna) of Independence, MO, Paul Robinson of SC, and Neil Robinson of SC; 39 grandchildren; and 46 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren
