Kazimierz Wilczewski


Kazimierz “Kazik” Wilczewski, 66, of Independence, MO, passed away peacefully at home on September 4, 2022.

He was born in Gugny, Poland, on March 12, 1956. He came to the U.S. on November 7, 1980. Known as a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, godfather, and friend to many. He was employed at K.C. Envelope Company for 23 years.

Kazik is survived by his wife of the home for 41 years, his only son and 2 grandchildren who he dearly loved. Also, his family in Poland: his mother, 4 other siblings and their respected spouses and numerous nephews and nieces.

He was an avid hunter and gardener. Kazik had many friends and lots of relatives that loved him, so a day will not pass without many people thinking of and missing him. As we know, that he is in a better place.

A special thanks to St. Croix Hospice for all their kindness, expertise and commitment to Kazik’s well being and comfort.

Per his preference of cremation, please no flowers and his burial will proceed after his spouse’s demise.
