Naomi Ruth Lux 90 of Grain Valley Mo passed away on January 13, 2022 at the Rosewood Health Memory Care Center. Services will be held Saturday January 29, 2022 at the Church of Resurrection 1433 NW R D Mize Rd, Blue Springs Mo 64015. Visitation from 10:30 to 11:00 with services following at 11:00.

Ruth was born on April 17, 1931 to Leonard and Eva Shortt of Chicago, IL. The family moved to the Kansas City area when she was an infant. She was a graduate of William Chrisman High School in 1949. She married Louis F Lux in 1950. She worked as a secretary for many years as well as being a wife and mother. She was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection, Blue Springs MO. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Louis “Lucky” Lux, sister Marlene, sons David and Randy Lux, daughter Sherri Lux Gloria.
Ruth is survived by her son, Mark (Sherrie); daughter Claudia (Tom)Seigler; son Larry(Julie); daughter Denise(Arthur)Gallaway; 14 grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.
