Patricia Jane Chambers, 66, of Independence, Missouri passed away on Thursday February 2, 2023. Visitation will be 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2023 at Royer Funeral Home, Grain Valley, Missouri. Memorial Service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Inurnment in Missouri Veterans Cemetery to be at a later date. Contributions can be made to: ASPCA at aspca.org

Patricia was born December 6, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri. The daughter of James Stephen and Charline Grace (Lineberry) Coakley. She is a 1975 graduate of Winnetonka High School. Patricia served her country in the United States Marine Corps. She received her nursing degree from Park Hill College and was a registered nurse in critical care. Patricia was a junior seamstress and loved to sew. She was affectionate toward her family and all animals. She took in many strays. She loved her grandkids very much. Patricia enjoyed traveling and adventures with her friends and her sister.  She was a kind loving soul and was always willing to offer help to anyone in need.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Patricia is survived by son, Levi Chambers (Kerry) of Grain Valley, MO; son, Caleb Chambers (Leigh) of Independence, MO; grandchildren: Jesse Chambers (Sara) of Blue Springs, MO, Raylan and Colt Chambers of Grain Valley, MO, and Astrid Jones of Lee’s Summit, MO; sister, Denise Coakley of Pembroke, GA; brother, Michael Coakley (Brenda) of Richlands NC; brother, James R. Coakley of Fort Meyers, FL; and lots of extended family.
